General Terms and Conditions
- Understanding the Policy: All replacements are processed in accordance with ShaMobiles’ Replacement Policy as outlined below. It is your responsibility to thoroughly understand this policy before placing any order.
- Product-Specific Variations: You acknowledge that replacement policies may vary from product to product.
- No Excuses: Ignorance of ShaMobiles’ Replacement Policy is not an excuse for making any claims against us.
- Damaged Items: If you receive an item with physical damage, it is your responsibility not to use the product and to contact us immediately (within 24 hours). Failure to do so will void your replacement claim.
- Data Removal: Before returning an electronic device for replacement, it is your responsibility to remove all personal information. ShaMobiles shall not be liable for any misuse or unauthorized usage of such information.
- Investigation Requirement: Replacement will be subject to the result of an investigation conducted by ShaMobiles without prejudice to the Replacement Policy.
- Non-Availability: In the event of non-availability of the product, ShaMobiles reserves the right to either initiate a refund or ship the product once it becomes available.
Replacement of Mobile Phones
Without prejudice to ShaMobiles’ Replacement Policy, if you receive a mobile phone that is not in perfect condition, do not insert the SIM card or connect to Wi-Fi. Contact us immediately to initiate a replacement.
Void Claim
Your replacement claim will be considered void if you fail to perform the duties outlined above or if you do not adhere to ShaMobiles’ Replacement Policy.
Other Replacement Conditions
- Products are replaceable within the applicable window if they are received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from their description on the product detail page. It is your responsibility to contact us immediately (within 24 hours). Failure to do so will void your replacement claim.
- Not all products under a particular category may have the same replacement policy. Please refer to the respective product’s manufacturer’s Warranty and Replacement Policy.
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: Without prejudice to the Manufacturer’s Warranty and Replacement Policy, you may also refer to the applicable replacement policy of ShaMobiles for the respective product.
- Replacement Criteria: Replacement will only be processed if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is different from what was shipped to you.
- The product is returned in its original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, seal, and MRP intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories included).
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. If you receive a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you must contact our customer care within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Failure to do so will waive your replacement claims and void your replacement claim.
